Cantimber Biotech Facility Testing - Feedback Form

As previously announced, emissions testing at the Cantimber Biotech facility is scheduled to take place November 7 - 10, with a mandatory warm-up procedure of its equipment starting Thursday, November 3rd. During this period, the Port Alberni Port Authority (PAPA) is inviting the public to report any observations, impacts or affects, by completing an online feedback form available here: http://cantimber.6te.net/

All submitted feedback forms will be received immediately by officials of Cantimber, Port Alberni Port Authority and Golder Associates. The public’s assistance in providing real-time feedback is very important to the independent testing and operational review process. Information received will be used to track particular activities of Cantimber at specific times that may be responsible for potential impacts that may be experienced by the community.  Therefore, they ask the public to be as specific as possible in providing information on the form; especially with regards to date, time, location and weather conditions. 

For those that do not have internet access, please call the Port Authority’s main office phone line at 250-723-5312. Port staff will fill out the form on behalf of the caller’s report.
