The City of Port Alberni has adopted a new revitalization tax exemption program intended to encourage investment within the city by encouraging property owners to create new commercial space, new multi-family residential space, improve existing commercial buildings thereby revitalizing and increasing the esthetic appeal in the City of Port Alberni.
