Development Permit Areas

The City of Port Alberni has three Development Permit Areas at this time. Development Permit Areas are designated in Section E of the Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 4602 adopted on April 10, 2007.

Development Permit Area No. 1 ( Multi-Family Residential)

Development Permit Area No. 2 (Commercial - 2 types - General or Highway)

Development Permit Area No. 3 (Industrial)
