Welcome to the City of Port Alberni's On-line Northern and Rural Home Owner Grant application system. To claim your Northern and Rural Home Owner Grant you must have your folio number and your access code. Both can be located on your Property Tax Bill on the left side of the form, under your mailing address.
If you cannot find your folio number or access code please feel free to contact us in the Property Taxation Department at (250) 720-2816 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
