2.           “Tax Rates 2006, Bylaw No. 4630” (HC)

 That "Tax Rates 2006, Bylaw No. 4630" be now introduced and read a          

first time.

That "Tax Rates 2006, Bylaw No. 4630" be read a second time.

That "Tax Rates 2006, Bylaw No. 4630" be read a third time.
