details of the two proposals received for the Stirling Field Requests for
Proposals which closed on January 31, 2005 including the recommendations that:

Council for the
City of Port Alberni approve the lease with Marina View Mini Golf as submitted
in the amount of $11,000 per year, and

The revenue
collected from the lease be directed into the Parks
and Recreation Capital Reserve fund for future facility and Park development.
That, under the Authority of Section 8(1)
of the Community Charter, the City of Port Alberni enter the lease agreement as
distributed with Mr. David Preedy for a portion of Lot A, Plan 1537, District
Lot 11, Alberni Land District (Beaver Creek Road) (commonly referred to as the
Stirling Field Property), for a term of five years with the option of two five
year renewals, at the annual lease rate of $11,000 for the five year term.
