dated March 10, 2005 regarding requests from Pacific Rim Centre employees,
customers and Western Bus Lines to improve transit service to the new mall and
a request for bicycle racks on all Transit buses, advising that improved bus
service to the mall area, including earlier start times and increased number of
trips, would cost the City an estimated $2,000 per year, and installation of 2
bicycle racks at a one time cost of $3,000, and recommending these changes with
funds coming from the City Transit budget.
