Engineer – McLean Mill Water
A report dated July 20, 2005 noting
Beaver Creek Improvement District and the Cherry Creek Waterworks District have
submitted proposals to supply potable water to the McLean Mill and recommending
that the work be contracted to Cherry Creek Waterworks in the amount of
$123,000 with the remaining funds in the $137,000 budget used to extend the
water service from the property line to the Mill buildings.
