the agreement as circulated.

11. City Clerk - Asian Tsunami Relief (HC)
Various Councillors and local organizations and
community members have approached the City to discuss a communal effort to
assist the area ravaged by the tsunami. At
the request of the Mayor, staff have investigated
various options, including the potential to "adopt" a local
jurisdiction in an effort to provide relief and support over time. A report with options will be presented for
consideration of Council before the Regular Meeting. Contact has been made with the Canadian Consulate
Generals in
