Five Year Financial Plan 2005 – 2009

TAX RATES FORUM

Please be advised that as part of the City’s Five Year Financial Plan public process, there will be a facilitated public forum to discuss tax rates on Monday, February 21^st, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in the Dogwood Room at Echo Centre.

The purpose of the forum will be:

· To hear from a panel of members representing different interests within the community with respect to industrial, commercial and residential tax rates;

· To provide Council the opportunity to hear from a variety of taxpayers;

· To enable Council to have feedback on specific questions related to taxation.

The public is encouraged to attend this informative session. There will be opportunities for your input at the meeting. For further information regarding this forum and the 2005-2009 Five Year Financial Plan, please contact:
